What is with the boxes and labels anyway? It seems to me that people want everyone to have a descriptive label. Be whatever you want to be but only one thing because you need to be summed up in 7 seconds. If you advocate out of the box thinking, creativity and originality, then you must be against process and standard operating procedures. The same is apparently true the other way round.
